If you love baked kale, or kale chips, but get tired of eating them the same way, try this: Massage your kale leaves with a bit of chimichurri sauce. Then tear away from the stem in pieces and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 1t 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes (but check after 10 minutes because ovens differ) and there you go, a satisfyingly spicy bite edge to kale chips with no hassle.
