Tip of the Day #12 – Perfect Omelet Eggs

My trick for making the perfect eggs for an omelet is simple. Add 1 tbsp. water to 2 eggs and beat well. Melt butter or coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once melted, pour the eggs into the pan slowly and evenly. Let them set well before trying to move or flip them. Once the egg sets, it should pick right up off the surface of the pan for easy flipping.

Fill those omelet eggs with fresh veggies and there’s your healthy Sunday breakfast. Yes, healthy. Eggs are off the vilified list if you haven’t heard. I always choose cage free eggs because free hens are happy hens.
