Wrap a whole head of garlic in some foil and place it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until the garlic inside the skins turns soft and creamy. Take it out and let it cool. Then, place the head of garlic in the refrigerator where you can easily find it. Now, you can grab each clove by the point as needed, and squeeze the spreadable roasted garlic into any recipe. Roasted garlic keeps in the refrigerator for a long time, so you can use it slowly, or squeeze it all at once into a container for easier storage.
