Tip of the Day #4 – Keep an Infection at Bay


Since fall has arrive, the nights will soon be turning chillier. Warm days and cool nights can lead to allergies and cold-like symptoms. To feel healthier during this transitional weather, take a teaspoon of natural honey with cinnamon sprinkled generously on top whenever you begin to feel a little less than perfect. A scratchy throat or the beginning of sniffles may disappear in the morning when this honey cinnamon concoction is swallowed in the evening.
