Tip of the Day # 3 – Chamomile Mint Tea Soothes a Puffy, Gassy Tummy

One way to ease a bloated, gassy feeling is to drink a tea of chamomile, honey and mint. Simply steep a package of caffeine free chamomile tea, or boil the contents of a package of dried chamomile blossoms and strain so only the tea remains. Pour the tea into a cup, add natural honey to taste, and then crumble a large pinch of dried yerba buena (spearmint) into the tea. Drink it slowly, being careful not to swallow too much air. Make sure to consume the mint along with the liquid.

After drinking the tea, relax. You may soon notice that bloated feeling starting to dissipate.
