Tip of the Day #2 – Drink Your Water


Whether you are outside enjoying yourself this Labor Day, going out to eat, or puttering around the house, remember to drink lots of water. Keeping yourself sufficiently hydrated helps you to stay alert and keeps you feeling more full. Plus, your skin loves being hydrated.

Years ago, restaurants automatically brought water to the table even before the order was taken. The practice stopped because people weren’t drinking it, and it added to the amount of dirty glassware which meant increased labor costs. If we were all hydrating regularly and properly, this practice would definitely come back into style. It should, I think.

No matter where you are, don’t forget to include water with your meal. It will do your body good.
