Tip of the Day #16 – A Vegetarian Turkey? Serve it with Hummus


You don’t have to be a food stylist to make a turkey out of fresh vegetables. Since everyone wants something to eat while dinner is cooking, set out this attractive veggie turkey with hummus, baba ganoush or another healthy dip. You can make an elaborate and huge veggie turkey, or a smaller one as pictured. If you have extra vegetables left over, brush them with a little coconut oil and roast them for a great and portable snack.
